Bulk Token Notice

Holding BULK does not provide its holder with:

• shares, equity or ownership in Bulk;
• ownership of the bulk.fun marketplace;
• rights to company revenue, profits or assets;
• dividends, interest or other distributions;
• rights to marketplace fees or pump.fun creator fees;
• governance, voting or management rights; or
• any guaranteed product, service, benefit or utility.

The BULK token is separate from ownership of the Bulk business and the operation of the bulk.fun marketplace.

Bulk, its operator and associated persons may choose to purchase, hold, sell or otherwise interact with BULK.

However, no current or previous purchase of BULK represents a promise, guarantee or legal commitment to make further purchases.

Unless expressly stated in a separate legally binding agreement, Bulk has no contractual obligation to:

• purchase or repurchase BULK;
• conduct token buybacks;
• support or maintain the token’s market price;
• provide or maintain liquidity;
• use marketplace revenue or creator fees to purchase BULK;
• continue developing token-related features;
• integrate BULK into the bulk.fun marketplace; or
• provide continuing support for the token.

Any voluntary token-related activity may be changed, reduced, suspended or permanently discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law.

The pump.fun platform may make creator fees available in connection with trading activity involving BULK.

The existence or receipt of creator fees does not give BULK holders any entitlement to those fees. It also does not require Bulk or the token creator to spend those fees in any particular way.

Any voluntary use of creator fees may be changed or discontinued without notice, subject to applicable law.

BULK was created using pump.fun, which is a third-party platform.

Bulk does not operate or control pump.fun, its smart contracts, its trading systems or any third-party market on which BULK may be available.

Bulk cannot guarantee:

• continued availability of pump.fun or any other trading platform;
• the operation or security of third-party smart contracts;
• the availability of a market for BULK;
• sufficient liquidity;
• execution at a particular price; or
• the ability to purchase or sell BULK.

References to pump.fun do not imply that pump.fun sponsors, endorses or is affiliated with Bulk or bulk.fun.

BULK is a speculative memecoin with no guaranteed value.

Its price may be extremely volatile. Liquidity may be limited or disappear entirely. Anyone interacting with BULK could lose the entire amount involved.

Risks may include:

• rapid and unpredictable price movements;
• limited or unavailable liquidity;
• blockchain or smart-contract failures;
• third-party platform failures;
• wallet compromise;
• scams and impersonation;
• regulatory changes; and
• the abandonment or discontinuation of the token.

Nothing communicated by Bulk, its operator or members of its community constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

No statement, roadmap, community message or past activity should be treated as a guarantee of:

• future token purchases;
• continuing token support;
• future utility;
• marketplace integration;
• liquidity;
• profitability; or
• an increase in value.

Anyone who independently chooses to interact with BULK does so voluntarily, at their own risk and based on their own assessment.

This notice does not exclude or restrict any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
